By accessing and using RMIS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RMIS provides real estate management tools, including but not limited to property tracking, lease management, payment ledgers, and realtor commission systems. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RMIS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
